Order Cancellation
Since all orders are placed and confirmed through WhatsApp, cancellation requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately through our official WhatsApp number with your order details.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered only in the following situations:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive a defective product.
- You receive the wrong product or a product that does not match your confirmed order.
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Clear photographs and an unboxing video may be requested to verify the issue.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after placing the order.
- Incorrect size or product selection made by the customer.
- Minor variations in color due to photography, lighting, or screen settings.
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Requests made after the specified reporting period.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
- If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative refund method will be communicated to the customer.
Return Shipping
- If the refund is approved due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Sarwadhya Couture will bear the return shipping charges.
- In all other approved cases, return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility.
