At Sarwadhya Couture, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure you receive the best quality. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive a defective product.
• You receive the wrong item or an incorrect size that differs from your confirmed order.

To be eligible for a return:

• You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Clear photos and an unboxing video may be required to verify the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
• Items without original tags or packaging.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
• Minor color variations caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings.
• Change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection made by the customer.

Return Process

To request a return:

1. Contact us through our official WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order.
2. Share your order details along with clear photos and the unboxing video (if requested).
3. Once your request is approved, we will provide further instructions for the return.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase whenever possible.
• If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative refund method will be communicated to you.

Exchange Policy

If the requested product is available, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund for eligible return cases.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), the return shipping cost will be borne by Sarwadhya Couture.
• In all other cases where a return is approved, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they have been dispatched.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
