Custom Orders: For tailored or custom-sized apparel, you are responsible for providing accurate measurements. We cannot be held liable for ill-fitting garments resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the user.

Order Acceptance: Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.
